This was the "okayest" place ever. It reminded me of why I usually pay a little more for a room. The pool was nice. There was a very kind man who checked on our stay but he wasn't in any kind of uniform so I'm not even sure he works there. The room smelled like a nursing home and was stuffy- but appeared pretty clean.

The room was fine. The property needs maintenance however. Chairs in the breakfast area were peeling. The equipment needed to get hot water for oatmeal/tea was broken. People that worked there were hard to find. A fire alarm went off for three hours that apparently no one knew how to turn off. The location was great. The hot tub seemed well maintained although the pool was not too clear. Breakfast was okay...all of the hotels have the same rubbery eggs and stale danish, so that doesn't bother me too much. Except I couldn't have oatmeal as there was no hot water and it was just the instant kind. I would have given the place 3.5 stars but that is not an option. For the price, it was fine. Would probably stay somewhere else if I go again.

Comfort Inn has been my “go-to” lately because we are always pleased with our stay without paying crazy prices. The Comfort Inn in Bentonville-Crystal Bridges has been my favorite so far!

From the outside and lobby this looked like a nice hotel. The desk clerk was really nice. All of the rooms are quite far from the lobby. The first room they put us in, 211, the door would not lock, we could just push it open even after it latched. The bathroom door in that room stuck on the floor and could not be closed without quite a bit of force. I went to the front desk and told them the issue and the desk clerk immediately moved us without even being asked. Our second room was 104. The freezer stunk, there was a bag of spoiled food left in the fridge and my mom found some kind of debris in her bed, under the bottom sheet which made us wonder if the bedding had been changed. The thermostat on the wall didn't work, either. The pool door is directly across from the elevator and standing water was all over the tile hallway and in the elevator, making it a huge slip hazard. They need some kind of rugs there at the least. On the plus side, the rooms are large and it was a quiet place to stay. The beds were comfortable and we slept well, I just think there's room for improvement. For the price there are probably other better options in Bentonville.

Great location to Bentonville area, just one exit away. They stated that an outside bike wash station is in the works. Breakfast was above the normal mini muffins with cheese egg omelets, fruit and of course waffles. Pool and laundry available. Only one elevator may make it busy during peak times. Fridge(no Freezer section) and microwave in room. Parking on site.

What a pleasant place to stay. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The pool and hot tub was clean and they had plenty of towels when your done. They also had a really nice exercise room.
