Good hotel

The room was pretty and the service of the staffs was great until the day of check out. After check out, we had our luggage kept at the hotel and left for touring around. When we came back, we took our luggage and left for the parking space down stairs. The guy there told us that we’d have to pay car tax by cash but we didn’t have it so he told us to go upstairs to the reception to get an exchange so I did. But it ended up that the reception cannot do an exchange. The lady at the reception was super unfriendly, did not try to help in any other way and instead kept saying I can’t help you. I felt very uncomfortable. The hotel is great but service should improve for some of the employees.

朝食付きのプランにしましたが、朝食のメニューは甘い系のものが多かった。部屋はバスタブもあり快適でしたが、壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋からいびきらしきものが聞こえてきました。

とても綺麗なホテルで、快適に過ごせました。プランについていたホテルの朝食は、品数が豊富で（フルーツやスムージー、スイーツも充実していて女性好みな感じです）とても美味しかったです！周辺の道路が工事中だったため、騒音は気になりました。

スタッフが皆さん笑顔が素敵。

スッタフの対応が皆さん良くて気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食も美味しく、ゆっくり過ごせてよかったです。帰るのが遅くなり、夜１１時過ぎにルームサービスをお願いしたところ時間外だったけど親切に対応してもらえました。

ドゥオーモに、近いホテル設備が新しい

客室の稼働率で、宿泊代金が毎日50ユーロ位変わるのに驚いた。初日250ユーロ2日280ユーロ3日300ユーロ、火曜水曜木曜の3日間です。フロントに尋ねたら、満室になると高くなると言っていました！空室状況でその日の値段が決まるのは驚きました！

フィレンツェの古いホテルから来たせいか、現代社会に戻った感じでした。部屋は明るくモダンで快適。ドォーモやショッピング街も比較的近いです。朝食は食べておりませんが、この設備なら間違いないと思われます。

Good hotel for location, the staff are lovely and cannot help enough. Breakfast buffet is vast and good value. The bar staff are lovely and drinks are very reasonably priced. We had our room upgraded for free to a terrace room which was lovely but you can’t open the door really as the trams are so noisy until the early hours and other hotel guests smoke on their balconies so your room ends up stinking. So if you are considering paying extra, I wouldn’t bother.

Rooms are spacious and bathrooms big but why are the showers so small? It must be an Italian thing as it was the second 5 star hotel we stayed in a week and both the properties showers were small(hardly wider than 600mm) Breakfast was typical European and not really good selection of hot food. More focused on pastries and cakes. Coffee as you would expect in Italy was good. All in all a average 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Excellent,,,room was located on the sunny side of the hotel And was very warm and stuffy upon our arrival. The temperature was also high. It took 4-6 hrs to cool the room to 18C.
