Welcome to this lovely penthouse in the Riviera del Sol with pool and a roof terrace that has sun all day. Here you come who want to relax and take it easy with proximity to the beach and life. The apartment is located in the Riviera del Sol which is a district in Mijas between Fuengirola and Marbella, Less than 10 minutes by car. The area is quiet and nice with proximity to golf, paddle and outdoor activities. Nearby there is a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a popular beach club called Max Beach. When you step into the apartment you are met by a nice and open floor plan between the fully equipped kitchen and the living room, in the kitchen you have a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook on holiday. In the living room you have a comfortable sofa and TV with a selection of international TV channels. There is also a bar table with 4 chairs. Furthermore, you have a large glazed balcony with a dining area for 6 people. Upstairs from the balcony you have the private roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun in one of the sun loungers, or chill in the shade in the lounge group while the food is on the grill. Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and en suite ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / c in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine, free parking and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
