「Our fridge was not working at all - Kris (front desk person) tried to be very helpful, but we ended up putting our stuff in the fridge with several bags of ice inside! The AM front desk person said it was probably turned down low but there was no way to turn it up inside or outside the fridge!」

「We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning—it had a good variety and made our stay even more convenient. Free parking was also a big plus. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Our room has a stale weird odor, luckily I carry things to help that. The bedspread had stains on it, sheets appeared clean, but didn't fit the bed well. Ice machine didn't work. TV was fine. Mini- fridge was cold. There were several areas that had cable or electrical fixtures that were hanging out of the wall. The entire hotel room needs cleaned well and painted. Shampoo and lotion were very tiny, only enough for 1 person, no hair conditioner. Breakfast was a joke, a few bananas out,...
