"I was so impressed with this hotel! It checked all the boxes for a great stay: clean, modern, and reasonably priced. But what really made it stand out were the extra touches. Location: Just steps away or a short walk from the Chicago Riverwalk, Millennium Park, and Cloud Gate (The Bean). Such a convenient location for exploring the city! Amenities: I loved that they offered complimentary coffee and tea on the main floor. The Rishi tea bags were a nice touch, along with the Steep green tea provided in the room. It’s the little things that make a difference! Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was clean and comfortable. The interior was a bit plain, but the bed more than made up for it. It was unbelievably comfortable, and I slept so well! Staff: Friendly, professional, and efficient. Everyone made the experience easy and pleasant. Adjacent Restaurant: Perilla was SO, SO GOOD! A must-try if you stay here! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with thoughtful touches that made it even better. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Chicago!"

"It was clean and convenient. The staff was excellent, Pedro was very helpful as we navigated the city. There were not a lot of amenities, but that was ok as we were aware of that when we booked. The lounge on the second floor was very comfortable with an espresso machine 24 hours."

"The hotel was nice, and the location was great. However, the property could use a little updating and more attention to detail, especially with the bathroom amenities. The hallways were also quite noisy, with a lot of partying going on. I certainly don’t mind people having a good time, but it did get a bit loud. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. There were other hotels nearby at about the same price that appeared to be substantially nicer. Not a bad experience, just not quite worth the price."
