「いつも利用しているお気に入りのホテルです。 今回、シャワーのお湯が熱くならず、残念でした。 ただし、翌朝には改善されていました。」

We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was amaizing. Breakfast both mornings was fab and fresh Its an easy 20 minute walk into Newbury but if walkings not your thing its a short drive with lots of pay and display parking in the town centre. On the topic of parking loads of free parking in the carpark...

「This was lovely in many ways. My room was spotless and spacious, Breakfast was hot and plentiful with a reasonable choice. The new season has maybe not kicked in as some of the outside areas could do with a little tidy up. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is worth noting that there are few public transport links to the local towns and seemingly none before 9.30 am or after about 7 pm.,」

The receptionist was very rude and abrupt when we arrived to pay before our wedding (before we got married) and made us feel unwelcome from the get go. 「Had to pay a fee to access room before 3:00 although room was obviously ready and available. That was a turn off. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and pleased with their location and staff. 」
