Busue Está bien ubicado y cerca de la zona de restaurantes de Polanco. Pero me tocó una habitación de las dos que están frente a recepción. Se escucha todo! Además la regadera no tiene presión alguna y tuve que bañarme a cuenta-gotas.

I love this neighborhood and this small boutique luxury hotel. it is located a few books from the downtown area. There as an Ecobici station around the corner. The hotel does not have a bar or a restaurant, but I didn't mind because downtown is so close. It can be a bit loud on the first floor but I have no complaints.

Not what I was expecting. ;(

Not impress with this hotel. I was expecting more, definitely not what I was expecting. Breakfast was included but it was not special, “breakfast area” was a little hallway...my room was on the ground level, in front of the reception and I was able to hear everything!!!

No reserven aquí! Terrible hotel.

Terrible hotel, no enfriaba el aire acondicionado y eso hizo que toda la noche tuviéramos calor. Cuando pedimos que lo arreglaran, no hicieron nada y ni nos ofrecieron cambiar el cuarto. El baño tenía filtración en el escusado, terrible! Pésimo servicio, jamás regresaría y no lo recomiendo por nada en el mundo.

The staff was very helpful upon checkin and even after I left. When I arrived I needed to print some color documents for a meeting the next day, and they helped me find a local printer that I could walk to. Then, upon checkout, I left my iPad in the hotel room and realized it while I was at the airport. I contacted them and they had the iPad and worked with me to return it via FEDEX. It was a great experience, and the room was very nice and quiet. The location is very safe and clean. Many restaurants in walking distance.

hotel very good located

good looking, with room that has little closets space, the bed are a little hard . Not what we expected. we reserve for 4 nights and after the first day we decided to move to another hotel and 2 nights were only charge.

Nice small hôtel walking distance polanco

Nice but no windows if you take standard room. Noisy as i could hear the neighbours and reception phone ringing. Orher than that very nice staff.

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen.

El hotel está aceptable, sin embargo es sumamente caro para lo que ofrecen. El personal es amable, pero muy amateur. El desayuno es raquítico para el precio por noche y los ammenities son como cualquier hotel de negocios. Definitivamente abusan de la localización.

Hotel has a nightclub on thebroof

Hotel has a nightclub on the roof Wednesday through Saturday thumping until 2-2:30 am. Impossible to sleep as it is a small building and whole building shook . Rooms were dark, entirely indoors with no windows, poor lighting in rooms. While overall it was clean and staff was friendly, this hotel is not business traveler friendly. No gym. Microwave breakfast. No tea or coffee in room. Loud all night. If you are looking for a place to party and roll into a dark room and sleep away the day, it might be great for you

Lindo hotel si no tuviera un bar en la azotea

El hotel está muy bien localizado, es una chulada arquitectónicamente y está decorado con buen gusto, el personal es sumamente amable. La cama es buena y confortable. El cable en la tele funciona bien. El wifi, regular. El baño tiene pocos detalles para ser un hotel boutique, por ejemplo, no hay un colgador de toalla ni donde poner la toalla para cogerla al salir de la ducha. Lo peor de este hotel es el ruido que genera la música del bar que se encuentra en la azotea, es molesto, si te quedas en este hotel, asegúrate de llevar tapones de oídos.

antro en el hotel y pésimo servicio de desayuno

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, la atención del gerente es muy buena, todo está súper bien, pero tiene 2 grandes problemas que antes no tenía, una es que rentaron su bar, restaurante que tenía a un antro así es que en las noches hay mucho ruido, hasta las 3 am en los cuartos de abajo es más tolerante el ruido de la música pero no es lo que buscas cuando vas de descanso y otro problema que es muy molesto es el tema del desayuno es muy limitado pero lo peor es el tiempo, el último día tardaron más de una hora para unos huevos rancheros con costo adicional por qué no incluían, los huevos sin nada especial ni lo básico una guarnición de frijoles, pero después de mucho insistir llegaron, lo que nunca llegó fue el desayuno básico de otro cuarto que teníamos y nos tuvimos que ir al aeropuerto sin desayunar, más de una hora de espera y no llego el desayuno, mejor bajen su tarifa y no ofrezcan algo que no pueden dar y en el caso del antro es una lástima que ya el hotel no tenga su bar y un lugar agradable como lo era antes.
