「A really large bed and tv with plenty of choice . Blackout blinds and an extra fan to combat the hot weather .No real room service though and no on site staff to chat with, although plenty of info of who to contact for any issues . I found the room door lock fiddly at first but then realised that you have to run your fingers all over it to activate it and light it up. Once that happens then enter your code and you are in . 「We were welcomed very well the first time, but when we returned, the staff had completely changed. Our accommodation wasn't clean; there was dirt under the bed and lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Furthermore, when they serviced our room the next day, the trash bins weren't even emptied.」

「The Kiln Hotel in Wakefield has the look and feel of a run down American Motel that has been abandoned several decades ago. Desperately in need of refurbishment it appears that the new owners have not made any improvements since taking over from Campanile Hotels. The room I stayed in for 1 night looked as if it had not been decorated for 20 years and still had a lingering odour of Cigarette smoke. 「Overall a beautiful looking hotel with excellent grounds, the staff were extremely helpful l, the property is outdated and the rooms require TLC! Breakfast was very good, with options for omelettes and pancakes, we ordered the omelettes, which were decent. Overall we had a good stay. Great location, just off the motorway.」

「The room I had was at the top of the property and as such was a little warm but would have been unbearable if the weather had been hotter. The room was okay, rather dark until the morning when the sun made it very bright, too bright in fact. Parking was easy. Staff were helpful and super friendly. There was an event on in the evening which meant food took rather long to arrive but was o wasn’t charged for it was an unexpected bonus. Overall a nice enough stay.」
