"Prestations absolument pas au niveau annoncé : Nous sommes entrés dans une chambre malodorante et qui n'avait pas été faite. Obligés d'attendre plus d'une heure et demi le passage de la femme de ménage, après s'être battu pour avoir une réponse au téléphone (service client ne répond pas). Différents éléments non fonctionnels (prises et lumière de tête de lit, siège extérieur cassé, fixations des rideaux qui se décrochent du plafond, bouchon de baignoire qui fuit, etc...). Pas de mobilier...

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Residhome Nanterre. There were three of us in the studio, which was clean, well-equipped, and functional. Despite being close to the RER line, the apartment is relatively well-soundproofed, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Another major plus is the location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient for getting around.
