「Perfect stay within a nice and tiny house. 20 minutes to metro station by foot, 20 minutes to city center of Paris. Our hosts were very kind and gently and did their best to make our stay as convenient as possible. We will surely come back!」

「Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken. Kwartiertje lopen van treinstation en vanaf daar is alles makkelijk bereikbaar met OV. Het appartement is fantastisch! Mooi interieur, ruim appartement en zeer schoon. En na de hectiek van de Parijse binnenstad, is het heerlijk rustig thuiskomen. Parijs is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!」

「シャトレ駅から歩いて10分もかからないところに立地していて、どこへ行くにも便利な場所でした。シャトレ駅はシャルルドゴール空港からRERのB線で一本でつきます。入り口はお店の並びに青い扉があり、そこが入り口になります。周辺の治安としては、大通りから一本内側に入りますが、飲食店も近くにあり人通りも多いので治安は良い方でした。エレベーターがないので荷物の上げ下げは大変でしたが、お洒落な木の階段でそれこそパリのアパルトマンに住んでいる雰囲気を味わえます。部屋内は写真にある通りです。私が滞在したときは洗濯機が壊れていて使えませんでした。全体的に新しく清潔感があり、ベッドもソファーベッドも清潔でした。バスタオル大とバスタオル中が人数分、あとバスタオル中が４枚ほど予備として用意されていました。ドライヤーもついています。料理に必要なものは一通りそろっています。滞在中困ったことがあれば、オーナーの方（英語）とHomeawayからいつでも連絡すれば、迅速に対応いただけました。３人で５泊しましたが、申し分なく過ごすことができました。」

「We stayed for 1 week at Emmanuel's place. We started communicating on WhatsApp prior to arriving at the location - I just punched his number into WhatsApp and started texting. We also got recs on a nearby boulangerie. We had a midnight check in which went smoothly. Upon checking in our group could tell that we were visiting someone's home rather than a vrbo that was just bare bones. There was a ton of personal touches and books which made us feel we were at home. There is a bar across the street...

「Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. 「We stayed for 4 nights, we had everything what we needed inside. The bus stop is close by, nice and comfy place, to feel the real Frances bit away from the center and all the crowds.」

「With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.」

「Upon arrival in Paris, we reached out to the individual who is supposed to check us in and received no response. Unbeknownst to me while we were flying the property manager had sent us a new contact person via email. No harm no foul we were able to make the necessary arrangements for access to the rental. When we went to shower after a long flight, the showerhead in the main bathroom was broke. We reached out to the property owner who immediately accused us of breaking it, claimed we were not...

「No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend.」

「8ヶ月の子供と一緒に1週間滞在しました。リクエストしていた通りベビーベッドが用意されており、助かりました。ヨーロッパ仕様のベビーベッドだからか、柵が高く、子供を入れるのが難しかったこともあり、朝食を食べてる間子供をひとりで遊ばせておく時のみ使用しておりました。 また、バスタブのない部屋を当初割り当てられましたが、子供をお風呂に入れにくいのでバスタブのあるお部屋に変更依頼した所、快く変更して下さいました。 離乳食の準備をするのにお湯がわかせたり、離乳食を温められたり、やはりキッチン付きのお部屋で過ごせたのはとても良かったです。 大きなスーツケースを2つ広げても足のふみばが残る広さだったのも非常に良いポイントでした。 受付の方はとても優しく挨拶もしっかりしてくれます。1階にあったコーヒーマシンでココアやカフェオレなど毎日頂けて、朝食に買ったパンのお供にできて、とても良いサービスでした。 ホテルの立地も非常に良く、メトロが近くて徒歩圏内にもスーパーをはじめ、沢山のお店がありました。」
