「Communication with the host was fantastic. Super clean apartment with views as advertised. Steps from the Arc and Champs Elysees. Just make sure to go to 16 and not 16 Bis to save any confusion when accessing the property. 」

「The owner was very nice and accommodating. Easy place to find and a great location to walk to Eiffel and the arch. Many great cafes, restaurants and close to the station. Only caution is that it is near a night club that closes at 1 am. The accommodations were great nice and clean, and everything you need.」

Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. 「The location is good. There are a lot of nice grocery stores and traiteurs. The owner was very kind and good person. Since it was a10day stay, I would have liked to have had the room cleaned and bed linens changed during our stay. There are restaurants on the ground floor and some people are noisy late at night.」

「The hosts were really welcoming, they have video guides and helpful communication through out the stay. The flat has everything you need like a washing machine, a microwave, kettle, etc. The apartment is very spacious and quiet as the window look out to an inner courtyard. Both the bed and the sofa bed are comfortable. Thanks!」

「It was not the kind of accommodation that I expected. We were close by the main door and the opening of the door can be heard through our room. People were coming and going. There is no view that can be seen from the place unless you go out of the street The refrigerator was also not working. The duvet or donna cover is old.」
