An agent called niaomi just forwarded my call and then I talked to Rodrigo who was helpful but I was put on hold for 25 mint. Then called back at 10.30 and canceled my reservation which I was put through the front desk immediately. I had a very important zoom to make and had to do it in a parking lot. I ended up booking a day room in aloft hotel who were extremely accommodating. I’m absolutely demand a refund for the room. I have never experienced such incompetence from embassy suites "
