I loved my stay here. It was very modern. I loved how everything was so technologically advanced. The ability to set the mood with lights and relaxing sounds was a bonus. They also have 24/7 food service available at the bar area. The hotel was not crowded, and there was free parking. My room reminded me of being on a cruise ship, but with a king size bed. I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to spend the night, either for work or holiday. The hotel has a decent restaurant and bar, good parking, and is well situated. The rooms are very clean and have almost everything you could want, except for a refrigerator and coffee maker. But I’m not marking down for these small flaws since it’s not meant for long term stays and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

The IPad are useful. The concept of the kitchen and the living rooms with functional bedrooms makes CitizenM more like living in our homes. Definitely not like a hotel stay. I will be staying at CitizenM San Francisco in couple weeks. Each CitizenM runs different, but what I like is the interior design. Lots of color! It is uplifting to live with color.

We enjoyed the outdoor patio very much. We also rate highly their excelent staff. But, it was isolated from the center of Palo Alto and the University. There are no places of interest within walking distance.

Love the futuristic rooms with fancy ambient lighting and relaxing mode. They have super blackout curtains so it makes it easy to sleep in peace. The only downside I have is that the hotel lacked vegan options for paid breakfast. The only thing I could have was tea and bread.

Great new hotel

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed how the first floor had comfortable areas to work with access to snacks and drinks. Every morning there was a great breakfast with coffee and a variety of hot tea. The staff was friendly.

The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Parking was super easy, on site and free. There was a super nice bar with good drinks and good food options. The room was exactly as pictured and clean. The decor was modern and nice. I would stay here again.
