There was tour groups there and the buses blocked the entrance to the hotel and parking so you can not see it coming in until you drive through the next door petrol station. "We had a lovely room and felt very comfy. Beatrice is an absolutely gem, so welcoming, nice and more than helpful!! The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't have the chance to hang a Do not disturb card on the door, so somebody came in our room and all towels were changed, even the ones which were not used, thats unneccessary and not ecofriendly!"

Public parking lot was 2 blocks away, requiring us to traverse uneven terrain, busy streets with luggage. I did suggest to the hotel that they invest in Valets, negotiate a loading zone w/the city."

"An old hotel and a bit dated, but location is superb and staff are fantastic! We chose to do valet parking, which was well worth the money. Breakfast is included and is a great buffet…but you can also order items from a menu at no additional charge. For me, food was great, I slept really well,staff were awesome, and location is fantastic. All I could hope for!!!"
