"One tiny elevator. Half the time it was occupied by staff with laundry or equipment. The other half the time it was broken. We had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. At this price point I expect better."

"Great hotel for the price. Clean, new, good bed and shower, nice size room, decent restaurant, helpful staff, and ample free parking underground so no issue with getting in and out with the rain. Although it’s outside the center of the city, it has some shopping and restaurants around and has a Spar on site."

"Our first night in we tried to order food for our kids but the phone in our room didn’t work. When we went downstairs to the restaurant it took them a while to figure it how to order food to our room. When it showed up to the room it didn’t have the drinks we ordered and the person was upset with us because we didn’t use the phone to order our food. The pool is not just the hotels pool, it is a gym that you can buy a membership to. The “kids pool” was small and cold."
