"The hotel is in a great location. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. We asked for mini fridge which helped too. Others have complained in reviews about the noise, but it wasn't any worse than other cities we've stayed in. We put the Dyson fan they provided on high to help with the noise. Only issue we had was with the room service. They skipped us 1 day even though we had the sign on the door requesting room service. Then the next day they selectively made up the room, meaning they didn't replace the empty soap caniste or provide more toilet paper, and left an empty bottle in the middle of the foor. The front desk attendant was very responsive and ran down to get us the items right away. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Galway"

"The location was perfect, steps away from the Latin Quarter and the Spanish Arch. The hotel was very safe and offered breakfast as well as a lounge/bar area that served food. There is also a large outdoor area with picnic tables and seating that is next to the river. The staff were very helpful in recommending food options and things to do in town. The rooms were nice, but smaller in the european style. The location is hard to beat, as you're in the middle of everything that downtown has to offer. I was very impressed by this place."
