チェックイン前に到着したのですが、快く荷物を預かって頂けました。職員の対応も良かったです。部屋は綺麗に清掃されていて良かったのですが、部屋に入った時に暖房が効きすぎていたのと、エアコンの音がうるさかったのが気になりました。

（公開不要）1009号室に２泊しましたが、最初トイレの浮き球が古くなって、水がかなりの量流れっ放しで止まらない状況でした。そのままでは音で夜眠れないので、自分で水タンクの点検口を無理やり開け、水栓を絞って対応しました。それでもチョロチョロとは漏れていましたが、眠れるレベルにはなりました。タンク内部はかなりの長期間メンテナンスされていない感じで、お忙しいとは思いますが、毎日のメイキング時のチェック（水漏れ、リモコンの電池切れチェックなど）が不足していると感じます。いくつかの相鉄フレッサインを利用しますが、その中では一番古い様子で、古いのは致し方有りませんが、それに合わせたメンテナンスへの配慮は不可欠だと思います。

場所は静かで良かったです。駅も徒歩圏内にいっぱいありますし、コンビニもまあまあの距離にいくつかありました。部屋は狭いけど仕方ないかな。東京の宿、高くなりましたね。この値段でこれ？！とちょっとがっかり。 一番気になったのは、廊下が屋外？になっているせいか夜寒い！！二日目毛布を追加でもらいましたがそれでも寒い！！また、部屋に入ったときエアコンのリモコンが表示されているため、ついているかと思いきや操作しても効かず、しばらくして私はスイッチが入っていないことに気付きましたが、連れは同様に勘違いして一晩中寒い思いをしたようでした。リモコンのあたりに注意書きを貼ってほしいです。

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very small (but knew already while booking) but clean and hot everything you need for a couple of nights. Breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. Location in a very quiet area and also good connected to public transport and also haneda airport to reach within 30min by monorail or subway. I would come back!

We always had great service from friendly front desk staff. We felt welcomed all the time. We felt the room was typical business hotel size (not big) in Japan, but it was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient area to go around and has easy transit from/to the Haneda Airport. The staff are friendly and assertive, and the room was clean and easy to use. This is a "business hotel" and therefore I only used the room for sleeping, so the size of the room was perfect.
