The car park was spacious and we easily found a space. The staff were helpful and very friendly. They have a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of options.

One of the better hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The shower head was a rainful, but actually with enough pressure to wash your hair which is a rarity. The bed was also incredibly comfortable as well as the pillows. The air conditioning was top notch as well. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Parking was convenient and easily accessible. Our room was clean and comfortable. The dining was ok at Pins, nothing special. Over all, would stay again and would recommend to a friend.

We needed a room for the night so could visit Galway in the morning. Room was Clean and the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was actually amazing and we were pleasantly surprised. Would recommend if you're ok with staying a bit out of the city centre. Free parking included !

Location superb, staff brilliant, breakfast amazing. Suite X11 needs to be revamped Bad - 1) Light switches are a nightmare- there are too many and trying to turn the one you want on/off is ridiculous. 2)Shower leaked everywhere on 1st night when forward facing Jets were turned on and just general showing meaning we had to use all towels in room to soak up- reported to reception staff who provided extra towels but no repair until we had left. 3)Jaccuzi takes forever to fill up and needs some TLC as some jets don’t work and bits fell off on 1st night which meant a call out to maintenance to repair. It wasn’t as clean as should be either with black bits constantly appearing from jets regardless of how many times we filled and drained. It is a lovely size though. 4) Record player which is a lovely touch doesn’t work properly it keeps skipping regardless of which record you put in. 5) TV remote has cover missing and 2 tv in room but only 1 remote so turn one tv on both turn on. 6) Floors are dirty but slippers provided. 7) Air conditioning needs to be looked at it doesn’t work with error codes flashing constantly. 8) When double showering one after other goes colder. 9) fire in room doesn’t work 10) Bed sheets were not changed just duvet flipped over to give illusion been changed. Good- 1) Staff amazing and do best to help 2) location great- limerick , Galway, Shannon 3) Breakfast is beautiful, plentiful and staff wonderful. 4) Free parking Overall needs improvements made.
