"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"Booked reservation with breakfast buffet included. However, had to pay extra for the breakfast at the property. The staff did not validate my Expedia reservation that included breakfast buffet. Nothing comes complimentary with this property, charged more than half of per nights rate to check in early even though they had rooms available/ ready to check in. The air conditioning is centrally regulated it seems as cutting off in the middle of the night and cannot be turned on using the remote."

"Hotel is ok if you are just looking for an overnight close to airport. Room was clean and bed comfortable, although the window was so green on the outside, unable to see through it. Had to ask 3 times to be provided with towels. Didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look clean. Food in restaurant was fine and reasonably priced - there are no dining alternatives as hotel is so isolated. The spa looked to have shut down. Outside area to the river was unkempt. Hotel exterior in need of some TLC....

"This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa.
