"They said the clean room every other day and when they do they don’t even clean good. Trash under the bed, found small items of other guests such as hair bands. They did not clean the glasses we used, when making the bed we found our earbuds inside the sheets, they never vacuum. Overall staff was nice, but cleaning ladies need to do a much better job."

"Could not get the room above 67 degrees. Neighbors were loud all hours of the night. Not as nice as the photos online for the price. Staff was excellent. Also, dont agree with paying to park on top already paid"

"I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. Like airplane food on a domestic flight. Drinks at the Luau were disgusting, performance was good. I would not recommend this place unless you are on a strict budget. $600 per night!!! Spend the extra $100 to $200 per night at a better hotel. "

"Our room had trash leftover from the previous guests and its not very clean. Shower also didn’t work properly Water temperature was very good. Pressure would’ve been ok if the shower head worked "

"Parking was easy and secure. The kitchen had everything we needed and what it didn’t have we were able to get from the staff. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. However, this resort does not have an activities director. I tried to bring my nine-year-old grandson with me to yoga and was told he could not participate. The only thing they offer is yoga Monday through Friday and Aqua Zumba twice a week and there is no spa on this property. While Maui has always been a destination, I was disappointed in this property. It had been a property I had been trying to get into for several years. Once again, the staff was excellent property is well-maintained and everything was beautiful "
