「Bri was a great staff employee. However due to wifi or something the check in process was horrible and took forever. The pool was out of order and didn't state that anywhere before we made reservations and couldn't get temp in the room right at all.」

「Property and rooms were clean. Staff very polite.I had an issue. I was given a room key to a room that was occupied and the person was in the shower. Very upsetting!」

「Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors...

「AC didn't work in room and I didn't get moved into a different room because they stated they were sold out. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagels, muffins and cereal, yet we weren't able to eat because they ran out of bagels and informed us that their truck didn't come in until Thursday. 」
