"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."

"建物は古いですが部屋は綺麗に掃除されていて気持ちがよいですね。あとは朝食が美味しかったです。今回で2度目の宿泊ですがまた利用したいと思います。"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"I cannot say enough good about the accommodations and the amazing people who run it. It is, by far, the largest place we’ve stayed in since coming to Japan. The suite is fantastic (and huge) and the bathroom and kitchen facilities are first class. Watch your head when entering and you will be fine. I highly recommend booking this place. The breakfast was also wonderful. Finally, the people who run it love having guests and treat you very well. If you go to Tottori, this is the place to stay. You...
