"The hotel is lovely and the staff went above and beyond to help us organise things. However the room was slightly disappointing. We had a balcony suite and it was a lower level room with one small window, and a balcony sat right on the pathway. There was no view (I assumed that “balcony” would mean view). The sound proofing also didn’t prevent the beats from the bar upstairs from reaching our room throughout the entire night. The room was spotless and comfortable, but we would’ve chosen a different one had we known it would be dark, loud, and right on the pathway."
