「I really enjoyed my stay at Alana. The cozy balcony room I booked had a fantastic view of the old port and the location was fantastic. I was also on the top floor which I really liked so noise was not an issue. The room is small, but I expected it to be. The biggest downside was that before I went into bed, I noticed what looked like dried blood stains on the sheets. I'm sure they were clean and washed, but it was off-putting to see that. Also, the plaque on the wall with the hotel information...

「Great location Terrible bathroom with broken mirror and shower held up with string. Water floods the bathroom from the shower. No tea or coffee making facilities」

「Very good hotel」

「My mom and I stayed in the 2-bedroom suite which had a large patio with a hot tub. Check-in was a bit clunky. The manager was off-site so we had to wait about 15 minutes on the driveway while he came, even though we arrived about 30 minutes past when we informed them due to ferry delays. The property is about 10 minutes walk from the old port center, at the top of a hill. It would not be easy to traverse for those with accessibility needs. The interior of the room was quiet, and felt a little...

「The location of the hotel is very good.Note that the check-in procedure is not easy to understand.」

「Perfect location and the suite had everything we needed, the jacuzzi was very useful for our sore legs after walking all day. Chris was very helpful and any issue or question we had he would respond right away, when we arrived the jacuzzi wasnt working and he got it repaired right away. I'd definetly go back and recommend my friends and family to stay here.」

「The owner, George, gave us a wonderful welcome. He not only took us to the airport, but also showed us around Mykonos Town, highlighting its history and culture. Our room had the best view of the sea and was fantastic. The next day's breakfast was a wonderful experience, with homemade omelets, Greek yogurt, and other delicious food on the balcony - it's a wonderful memory. Even though it was February, we were blessed with beautiful weather and it was a wonderful, warm trip. If I have the...

「Had a last-minute stay here when our ferries got delayed due to bad weather. The owner was great and accommodated us on short notice. He gave us recommendations for the local restaurant and the markets near by. Thank you again!」
