My main issue was with cleanliness. The room wasn't cleaned properly, even after I mentioned it multiple times. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast was good, especially the honey.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet.Zudem wurde jeden Tag im Bad als auch im Schlafbereich geputzt. Dementsprechend war es auch immer sehr sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr hilfsbereit und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Zimmer mit sea view indem wir waren war größer als es auf den Bildern aussah. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher klein für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, trotzdem war er sehr gut und man konnte auch vieles auf Anfrage bestellen. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel nocheinmal buchen.

Beautifully designed hotel, with friendly attentive staff and luxurious rooms. The concierge knowledge could be improved though - they were unaware of a (reliable) bus that runs to/from a short walk away (agios stefanos stop /outside Nosotros restaurant) to the old port which is a 5min walk into Chora. Costs about 2euros each versus the 40euros + required for a cab. It is worth searching the timetable online as the hotel is well located if you factor in being able to get into town on the bus so it’s a shame they don’t advertise it. Food quality could also be improved at breakfast but it is nice enough and the service was good.

The pool was amazing, even long enough to do laps. The breakfast can’t be beat! Made to order and good selection. The staff were very attentive. I would not reserve a room with a hot tub again. We had a view of the roof of the bar and a power transformer, and the biting bugs were relentless. We tried to use the hot tub for maybe 5 minutes in our 3 night stay. Be aware that there’s not much in the area of the hotel. You have to walk down the hill about 10 minutes to get to a restaurant and take a bus from there to get to the old port and all the shops.

It's a very newly opened hotel, which shows in some of the details around the hotel, with small stuff missing or still being figured out, like not having water and coffee pods stocked in the rooms daily, some items on the restaurant menu not being available yet for this season, and housekeeping not removing all dirty dishes during room cleaning. Smaller details, but what this hotel has going for it is the genuine care and attention from the staff to be as accommodating and helpful as possible. We got such great help and support from everyone on the staff whenever we asked for something or needed help with a booking or reservation somewhere. It felt like they genuinely cared about their guests and did their utmost to be helpful. The space in itself is also beautiful, with a modern, rustic, and natural vibe going on throughout the whole hotel. Would definitely recommend, it has every potential of being a perfect hotel.
