"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."

"We got the code to the wrong unit. This unit was much smaller had only one bathroom . It was completely different from what I booked. Once I contacted them, it took 20h to get back to me. I send a message after we left and did not hear from them for 5 days. We got told we would get a refund. I finally contacted Vrbo to see if they can help. We did get a partial refund. The place was clean . "
