「Location was quiet as it was at the end of the road by the reserve, we stayed from a Wednesday to Saturday, staff were nice, our room was a little cramped for 4. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed. 」

「Waterfallからホテルまでの道が悪過ぎて夜に通るときには車のタイヤが心配だった。夜は霧もすごくて、ホテルの部屋が全体的に湿気ているような感じで、シーツが濡れているような感覚だった。自然の中のホテルだから周りの景色は最高に良くて、スタッフも親切で、サービスも良かった。ローコストであるので、コストパフォーマンスは良いといえる。」

「I stayed two nights in a private room, the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpful with helping book my activities, they’ve really created a welcoming and chilled vibe. The kitchen and outdoor area is lovely. There’s everything you need both in the property and nearby. It was very chilly at night but was provided with extra blankets, the strong wind was a little noisy with plants hitting my window but I didn’t mind and always take earplugs in case of outside noise. It was super clean....

「Great stay for 6 days nights. Great friendly staff and the food and beer are solid. Fabalous view of lake arenal. The grounds are hilly and steep in some places, but couple of very nice trails. Lots of animals: dogs, cows, goats etc which for me is always welcome. The owner J.P. is a riot and great to talk to. Wealth of knowledge about the area and Costa Rica in general. 」

「When we got in our room the shower head was missing. We heard banging all night and discovered in the morning that there was a truck parked outside our room with horses in it.」

「Adrian welcomed and gave us several restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast was delicious. We had a great view of volcano Arenal from our room. The AC worked great, excellent water pressure in the shower. Hair dryer and toiletries provided. Unlike other hotels, there were hooks to hang your wet towel on. Located far enough away from the main drag that it was quiet at night, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops.」

「The grounds/property was very nice. The rooms and amenities, not so good. The room was basic, terrible bed, the small refrigerator hummed all night. No bedside table lamp just the very dim overhead light. The upper part of the window was missing glass, odd. The heavy blackout drapes were hung backwards. Again, odd. We left very early in the morning because we could not sleep on the bed. We did not get the complimentary breakfast 」
