「For the first time ever we experienced a rude staff member here. At first they had given me a hard time about the card being put on file. We have been staying here for 7 years,multiple times a year, we have never experienced this type of issue. Then when I asked for an extra towel later on for the room I was met with confrontation, an eye roll, and frustration. It was myself and 3 kids staying in the room.
