Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
Fantastic stay with excellent spa and inclusive minibar was great. Lots to do on site. Vietnamese restaurant was also wonderful. Very convenient parking included too.

Breakfast was limited and it seemed not clearly described as I only found out later that I could order fried eggs when I heard a regular chatting to one of the staff.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole
The room I was given,was not ready and not cleaned by the previous occupant. It was bit of inconvenience having to go back to checking desk and ask for a different room. In the bathroom, one of the lightbulbs was out. I couldn't see the hairdryer, apparently it was in the wardrobe,in a bag... Gym ...
