「Great place to stay within easy walking distance of the town walls. We booked the Ebor suite. It was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and accomodating- especially when we needed to leave early. 」
「Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world. 」
