「The host (Arden) is responsive, kind, and supportive in meeting our requests. The house is situated centrally to our needs Berkeley campus, Oakland, grocery stores, etc). We’ve also met a neighbor who was welcoming. The house itself met our basic needs: sleeping, showering, and has basic cooking wares and equipment (if you are like me who cooks every meal then you may want to bring items like seasoning and cooking oil). 「Not as advertised - we actually left - dirty and blocked in behind a building with broken windows and horrible trash smell- the place was dirty with towels over the couch and not cleaned - property contact just went silent when I asked for refund - giant bummer」

「This was a lovely home base for our gals wine tasting trip to Sonoma. We loved that the home was walking distance to the plaza and coffee shops, had a stocked kitchen, and the kindest hosts. The upgraded comfy beds and renovated bathrooms were a highlight. The hosts made check-in a breeze and communicated well throughout the stay. Will definitely be back. 」
