「Adorable studio with amazing location! Everything was just as listed and we had the best time!」

「The hosts were very receptive to a few extra needs we had. It was a cold rainy weekend, and we needed some ‘cuddle’ blankets and they delivered! (Totally unnecessary items)! Location is just perfect for all our excursions. The place is clean and comfortable and nicely decorated with fully stocked kitchen items. In apt washer/dryer was just what we needed. Wonderful weekend!」

「Nice location and amazing view. Not to take away from the great place…but….530 am gardeners started mowing and chopping trees 2 of the 3 mornings. I know in a golf course amazing as this landscaping is important but was rough. Also, some blackout curtains would be nice to try to get back to sleep in morning :). Thank you for having us and hope to be back soon!」

「In a quiet neighborhood with lots of nice little restaurants nearby in Point Richmond. The bathroom is great. It was well worth it for us.」

「If you enjoy the real experience of a new place like I do then this is the place for your stay. Modest but well stocked with everything you will need and in a great location to get a real feel for the city. 5 stars and highly recommended for your Oakland Experience! Walking distance from pretty much anything you will need and not too far from the ferry landing if you want to bump over to SF for the day. The one minor extra I requested was granted quickly and graciously and I will definitely stay...

「This property met our needs. We appreciated that we were allowed to bring our dog and everything we needed to do was conveniently located. It was a quick weekend so we didn’t have a lot of time to just hang out in the cottage. Our overall impression with it was kind of cute and funky, but could have been a little cleaner.」

「The property was exactly as advertised, beautiful with everything you could need. The location was perfect, you can walk to many restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. The night we arrived, there was a lovely farmers market inthe park across the street. The property was clean with great amenities and the off street parking is great. Would highly recommend for area.」

My family needed a convenient place to stay to deal with a last minute family emergency and the last thing I needed was added stress. Robert’s place was no stress at all! We were very grateful for the clean place, yard for my pup and soft, comfy beds. Would definitely book again if I’m in the area.」

「This is a small apartment with everything anyone could want in a charming package. It is set in a lovely garden that the gracious host encourages her guests to enjoy. There is a kitchen, a good shower, a desk, comfortable chairs for relaxing and, very important, a good bed. I’m looking forward to my return.」

「We had a lovely stay in the studio. It is well appointed and an excellent location for hiking trails and many restaurants in Larkspur. Allison was very quick to respond to a problem with the shower and got it fixed ASAP. We hope to return when the weather is nicer to enjoy the lovely garden.」

「Super easy to check in. Lots of space for a group. Extremely clean and well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Great gas stove if you like to cook. Only negative is street noise with front bedrooms. And, not to seem picky but it really needs a professional sprayer for the kitchen sink.」
