With amenities like AC, and a fitness room, guests can relax and stay connected. Many restaurants options within walking distance! Enjoy a direct walkout from the unit directly to the beach. Don't forget about all the amenities of the Somerset Condominium building - similar to those of a luxury resort. This luxurious beachfront condominium features two private heated pools, tennis and pickle ball court, beach access, and barbecue grills all within seconds of this condo unit's front door. The building sits directly on Marco's pristine white sandy beach where you can collect shells while leisurely walking along or just sit and watch the tide come and go. The Somerset has a gated street entry and a gated beach entry. The Somerset building is easy to get around in because it features both elevators and stairways and the grounds have lighted pathways throughout. The Somerset is also located within walking distance to some of Marco's best restaurants, shopping and entertainment! Go ahead, treat yourself!! This is a non-smoking unit. BOOK TODAY!!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The unit was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the beach with super easy access, yet tucked away enough to stay peaceful and quiet. It’s clear the owner take pride in maintaining the place. We loved being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and then return to such a calm, clean, and cozy retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!
