「Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to email to cancel our booking. We did ask for some of a refund as we had paid £400 in full. I appreciate the terms and conditions but due to the reason of having to cancel I was disappointed that not even a reply to our email was given. We got hold of Expedia who called them on our behalf as they never answered our calls and flat refused to even offer and email of condolences. Just ignored. Wouldn’t go with them again out of principle and arrogance.」

「We enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Black Swan. Andy was especially helpful. Enjoyed a delicious Sunday Roast there. In a lovely location with a shop just across the road which served delicious coffee and pastries. We had breakfast in Sula cafe just a couple of minutes walk away and it was so good. It was a perfect location for us and plenty of parking spaces.」
