「Great location!! 5 minute walk to beach, shops, dining! Property was perfect size for a couples getaway. Had a Spectrum issue but was resolved quickly by owner and he even brought a bigger TV !! Very cozy setting, nice outdoor sitting area. We stayed in the back cottage and didn’t have any issues with the other guest in front cottage. 「I had such a wonderful stay at this studio cottage in Palos Verdes, which was even more beautiful than the photos! I spent a month here and appreciated how peaceful it felt. The space was sparkling clean and thoughtfully set up, with everything I needed—stove, in-unit laundry, a comfortable bed, AC, and a spacious closet. It’s in a lovely and quiet neighborhood with easy, plentiful street parking. The host, Sharna, was so kind and communicative, letting me know I could reach out if I needed...

「The house was beautiful! In a great area convenient for everything. We came to visit family and the house happen to be just a few blocks away. The management is very accommodating and communication is great! Definitely going to try and book here again in the future next trip to Long Beach. 」

「This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No...

"ドジャース観戦のために1人で利用立地◎ ユニオンステーションから地下鉄10分程度と徒歩10分程度ドジャースタジアム方面のバス停まで徒歩5分程度スーパーマーケット、ファーストフード徒歩圏内施設◯ 共用部にウォーターサーバー（常温のみ）、電子レンジがある各部屋に小さい冷蔵庫がある（2Lペットボトルは入らない）給湯ポット、コインランドリーはないコスパ◎ ロサンゼルスの相場からするとかなり安いが、清潔さは保たれ、滞在中ほとんど不満はなかった。 "

"歴史的建造物にモダンなデザインが混じりとても素敵な雰囲気のホテルでした。ロビーが特に好きでした。お部屋は女性のみの共同ドミトリーに1泊しました。先に滞在されていた方が居たので部屋は少し散らかっていましたが、古さや不衛生な感じはなく、よくメンテナンスされているように思いました。メトロ(地下鉄)まで徒歩8分程で行けて、すぐ近くにスーパー(Whole Foods Market)や食べ物屋さんがあるので便利でした。エクスペディアで見た客室の設備にはスリッパとデザイナーバスアメニティが含まれているのですが見当たりませんでした。あったのはハンドソープとタオル、バスマットだけだったと思います。今回に限って入れ忘れただけか分かりませんが、念の為記載しておきます(最近のアメリカのホテルはアメニティは最小限で済ます傾向があるようなので実際には含まれていない、というような気がしています) また、お部屋にセーフティーボックスはありますが、鍵は付いていないので自分で用意する必要があります。南京錠やコンパクトなワイヤーロックがない場合はただのロッカーなので、使用したい場合は鍵を持参して行くのがいいと思います。アメニティの不足や同じ部屋に滞在する人が当たりか外れかの運要素はありますが、寝るだけなら全く申し分ないドミトリーだと思います。ドミトリーに滞在していてもホテルの施設や設備は使用出来るようです。宿代は安く抑えたいけどお洒落なホテルに滞在して施設や設備を使いたい、ダウンタウンに泊まりたいという方にはおすすめだと思います。"
