「i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...

「Overall our stay was good! Close to meadow event park! Beds were clean and comfy. Unfortunately the pool was closed」

「Hot tub had 1 inch of scum around the edge, stains on the furniture, food under the bed, blood in the light switch, hair in the sink, smelled like cigarettes.」

「This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!」

「Was a first class hotel and is now in poor condition, the owners need to spend some $ the golf course next store is closed and nothing but weeds and cut down trees. Most staff are very nice.」

「Staff were all very friendly and courteous. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the blankets and sheets were soft. My only complaint is that the elevator was hot and stuffy. If I could make one recommendation it would be to have some sort of seating and butt container out front for smokers.」

「Amazing staff ! Best staff experience at a hotel. Both were so helpful and sweet to our two kids and everyone who came by. We loved it so much on our trip to Florida we came there again on the way back! They had great books and toys for the kids in the lobby and a little kids table which made the experience easier & more special for them.」

「Floors were awful ! Sticking stuff and hair. The toilet wouldn’t flush my husband had to take the lid off and get it working again. And wow the backside is the hotel is noisy . Maybe some. Thick curtains would help. Also an in room coffee maker the coffee in the lobby is barely warm. I’m not saying I wouldn’t come back but def work on cleaning the floors and I’d request the opposite side of the hotel. Employee on duty was very nice and professional. 」
