"When we arrived it was raining and it was very dark, there were no exterior lights to see the steps leading up to the house. I was very afraid of falling while we unloaded the car. When we were inside the house the temperature was only 66 degrees and the floors were like ice! It would have been nice to have warmed up the house before we got there. The shower I took was not vey good as there was little to no warm/hot water. Even after the “fix” the hot water was not correctly running. Apologies are nice but they don’t solve the problem. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We closed the doors to the back rooms to try to get the house warmed up more quickly and we left them closed until we left. "

This home was immaculate and completely equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Everything about this home is comfortable and makes it feel like home. Tastefully decorated and comfortable beds. Host was perfect to work with. Very prompt reply with our questions. Location is good with easy access to all things in Saddlebrooke. "Our host was very welcoming - available to us and a good communicator. It was a comfortable home and had everything we needed - towels, bedding, washer/dryer. The use of the garage was a black plus as well. Enjoyed the backyard - very private overlooking green space.Enjoyed the amenities - the pool, clubhouse. Especially the easy walk to the clubhouse and the little mini market.The kitchen had plenty of pots, dishes, glasses, etc. The oven was updated and worked perfectly."
