However, the check-in time was not properly honored, and no compensation or measure was offered in response. That part was disappointing and made our family quite upset. Still, the beauty and comfort of the hotel quickly helped us move past those feelings. "I stayed at the Playa Golf hotel with my partner for four nights. The hotel is gorgeous, clean, bright and spacious. The room was great with a nice balcony facing the pool and the sea. The pool area was clean and organized, as well as the gym and spa. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet is just magic, everything you can ask for is there. The area is surrounded by German tourists and locals which can be quite loud, but overall our experience was wonderful and relaxing!"
