「The property is amazing and the staff exceptional. The hotel is unique; a renovated 300 year old place. We weren’t looking for the ordinary, and we didn’t get it. We had a room overlooking an historic fisherman’s square. The garden was a lovely spot for a contemplative breakfast, and doubled as part of “Merchants,” an on property steak house where we had delicious filet mignons. Susie, at “winning” hosted us at the property’s tapas bar across the small street where you receive a “magic card”...
「Excellent location. A short walk to the cathedral, and the best shopping and restaurant scene in Palma. Comfortable room with all modern amenities and friendly staff. The sink could be a little bigger and the overall ventilation stronger. This was my first experience with the hotel reception on the top floor, and I liked it. Totally boutique!」
「The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was wonderful and attentive. The food was great as well. Location was perfect for staying in Palma!! The hotel has an app that you can download where you can order pillows, bedding, towels, etc along with other services like taxis and concierge. It was about a 15 minute ride to the airport too so it was very easy to get around! 」
