「Difficult to communicate with counter staff」

「Die Lage und die Gastgeberin ist hervorragend.」

「Good」

「Lifts were terrible. One was out of order and so everyone waited too long. Ocean view is nice. 」

「My credit card has been used fraudulently.」

「Location not that great but price is good. The staff was superbly friendly and welcoming, the best feature of this hotel I must say. The hotel is outdated and in deep need for good renovation and scrubbing. Aircon is not cold also even when we set it at 18 degrees with highest fan speed. 」

「Unhelpful staff and they didn’t speak English. The bed was full of hair and the sheets are probably about 20 years old. Definitely not worth the money, there are WAY better hotels in Makassar. Very disappointing」
