This is such an old building. The strong stench in the hallway of mold and cigarettes. Furniture in rooms is so old, window curtains are stained and the beds are very uncomfortable. The dining hall has dated and dirty furniture.

Location: very strategic and near restaurants and shops The hotel staffs were very accomodative and friendly.. Service were quick. Only the room need some renovation. Especially the bathroom

A very good hotel, but a bit disappointing.

The atomosphere is very good but because it is a little old hotel, the shower system is not good, but hotels in Southeast Asia are almost the same everywhere. The air conditioner was broken, so I called a housekeeper.

オーシャンビューのロケーションは最高です。

アルヤドュタマカッサルの８階のオーシャンビューの部屋に４泊しました。 雨季が明けた直後でしたが、目の前のロサリ海岸に沈む夕日が、海外線まで雲一つもなくとてもきれいでした。ロケーションは最高です。 宿泊した時期の関係があるのか、ホテルの宿泊はインドネシアの人たちが大変多く、女性はイスラムの服をまとっておりました。外国人はあまり宿泊しておりませんでした。 フロントの対応はスピーディでとても感じがよく、ロビーも清潔で、大きなソファーに体をゆったり休めることもできます。朝食はバイキングで、どれもおいしくいただきました。部屋はとても清潔で、アメニティもしっかり揃っておりました。部屋のクリーニングも適切で、清掃スタッフも明るく手際よくベッドメイキングをしてくれました。部屋のWi-fiの接続スピードは最悪でした。iPhoneでインターネット検索も数分かかってようやく接続しても、動画再生はうまくゆけば出来ますがけっこうストレスです。ラインの文章のやり取りそしてライン電話は状態が良ければ可能でした。部屋のLANケーブルでの接続は可能です（LANケーブルは用意されていた）ので、ノートパソコンでの接続はWi-fiのようなことはありませんでした。　 SUZUKI

Good Location and Ocean View

It was the first time for me to visit here. Hotel lobby was bright, staff was friendly. You can smoke at the lounge with welcome drink. Hotel room was big enough, ocean view was also nice. It is located just infront of sea. I think it is a nice choice for a hotel stay in Makassar.

Very Nice Hotel at a good price.

Stayed for several days as a stop over to Sorong. Several activities available around the hotel. Staff was very helpful when transferring to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Good food, especially the Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The meals are a good value. Buffet breakfast included and it is an excellent value.

Hotel starting to feel tried but friendly staff and room was clean. The bar for having a drink and watching the sunset has gone downhill and really needs a major re-vamp, as it's an old room that they have converted into a bar :-(

Gutes Hotel direkt am Hafen

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Gegenüber befindet sich direkt eine Moschee. Zu den Gebetszeiten ist es deshalb sehr laut. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

Tired but nice view

One night stay using Hotel.com but actually the Hotel promotional cost at that time was quite a bit cheaper. Good view but rooms are tired and old fashioned. Can't recommend the breakfast at all. The bread was hard nothing really tasty to enjoy.

An old hotel with a good location

This hotel has a nice location just at the very famous Losari Beach. The surrounding area were good. But the room was not good for it was so old and not maintained well.
