「When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. "タイムズスクエアから徒歩数分、ホールフーズマーケットやターゲット、ブロードウェイの劇場も徒歩10分以内ととにかく立地が良いです。施設は古くて洗面台が狭いことやコンセントがベッドの近くにないことが少し困りましたが、部屋に冷蔵庫もあり寝るだけの宿泊には問題なかったです。アメニティは何もないので日本人は使い捨てスリッパを持参することをおすすめします。"

"ブロードウェイ観劇が旅の目的だったので、ロケーションは最高でした。どの劇場にも5分くらいで行けました。エレベーターが古くてガタガタしていたので少し怖かったです。部屋は古くて狭かったですが、ハウスキーピングは毎日気持ちよくしてもらって良かったです。また次も利用しようと思います。"

"予約時の情報では、冷蔵庫なしだったが、泊まった部屋には冷蔵庫があってツインの部屋だったので、アップグレードしてくれたようだ。掃除も行き届いていたし、滞在中、不便を感じることはなかった。お湯が欲しくなり、無料で電気ポットを借りることができた。ホテルの位置が良いので、また利用したい。"

"Single Podの専用バスルーム付きの部屋を予約していましたが、直前でFull Podの専用バスルーム付きにUPグレードしました。加えて騒音が気になったので、できるだけ静かな部屋にしてほしいとリクエストをしました。メールの対応はとても早くて的確でした。結果ベッドがダブルサイズになり、スーツケースが広げられるくらいの隙間が出来て滞在中快適に過ごせたので良かったでかなと思ってます。部屋も静かでした。そして当日チェックインは１５時からだったのですが、思いの他２時間近く早く到着してしまい、どうしようかと思ってましたが、すぐに部屋に通してもらえました。ただ１泊目の部屋のベッドが湿っていて、1日我慢しましたがやはり気になり、翌日伝えたところすぐに部屋を変えてもらえました。英語をほとんど喋れず通訳アプリを使ったり、しどろもどろの会話でしたが、きちんと汲み取ってもらえて良かったです。滞在中は清掃もきちんとしてくれました。ホテルの徒歩５〜７分圏内に地下鉄の駅が２つあり、グランドセントラル駅も徒歩２０分かからない立地なのでアクセスは大変便利です。"
