3-bedroom apartment in the Latina district, close to the city center. Quiet neighborhood connected to the historic center, with green areas, shopping malls, and local supermarkets.

We accept travelers who are here for work, study, or visiting family.

We have parking spaces available. The parking lot is located in a nearby building.


1.5 km from Madrid Central. Gallur athletics tracks, amusement park.


Metro line 6 stations Lucero and Laguna Bus line 138, line 119, line 55, line 31, line 500 and night bus N18 Train line C5, Laguna station, two stops from Atocha. The parking space is optional and must be reserved. However, it is very easy to park in the area.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans l'appartement Latina du 8 au 12 mai 2024. Points forts: -Quartier calme - Bien desservi - places de parking gratuites à proximité (avenue C. del Concejal Francisco José Jiménez Martín) -Ana notre interlocutrice était très réactive et de bon conseil Points faibles: - Mauvaise isolation phonique de l'appartement, nous entendions beaucoup les voisins - manque certains équipements (ex: passoire) - ménage très sommaire Je recommande l'appartement, l'espace est agréable et la ville sympa, je vous recommande également d'aller visiter Tolède!

Ana ha sido muy amable y hemos podido contactar y contar con ella en todo momento. El alojamiento de tres habitaciones está equipado con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Las fotos son algo mejor de la realidad.

Great place for exploring Madrid

Nice, clean apartment in a quiet residential area. About 5 minutes walk to a good supermarket (with fresh fish counter) and 15 minutes walk to Lucero Metro Station (line 6) A few stops to central Madrid. Good space for a family of 4. Plenty of hot water and useful dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi not the best throughout our stay. Check in relies on phone signal (there was a problem with our UK network on arrival), so delayed entry to the accommodation. Minor problem, but eventually resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Thank you

Great apartment (but not in La Latina)

Overall we enjoyed our stay in this apartment during our visit to Madrid, and would stay there again. It is clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen, and excellent air conditioning. The host was very responsive with communications. But please note: it is not in the well-known La Latina neighborhood of downtown Madrid. It is in the Latina/Lucero neighborhood, which is residential and quiet but located 30-45 minutes outside of downtown. There are many bus/subway options to get into town, and grocery stores, pharmacies, playgrounds, etc within easy walking distance.

Buena experiencia. Muy fácil la llegada todo automático y muy seguro. El apartamento era amplio, limpio y tenia de todo.
