Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center
4/10 Poor
"Only stayed because of a competition in the ballroom.
Parking lot and elevators were an issue. The room was outdated and dirty. Beds were stained and uncomfortable. Restaurant was mediocre and expensive."
"The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs
The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment
The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management "
