「よかった」

「The hotel staffs were very friendly and willing to help on anything. The pick-up service from Baiyun Airport was very smooth even though our flight was delayed and arrived on midnight. The room is very spacious and clean. I would definately come back on the next trip. Thank you so much!」

「Very clean and nice place to stay , I was staying in 8th floor, everything looks perfect except at the midnights can really clearly to hear the machine noise, I am a very light sleeper, I don’t have a good sleep at that night . But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip . 」

「The hotel is in a great location — easy to get anywhere, with a subway station right downstairs. The room is stylishly designed, free of mold or any unpleasant odors, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff are always warm and friendly, and they offered us helpful suggestions for our itinerary.」

「Fantastic location by shops and markets and looking out to the bush on one side. Easy to get ground on the metro. Note it is 17 miles (over 40kms) from the Canton Fair.」

「good」

「The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...

「Very good customer service and friendly staff」

「Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better .」

「lovely hotel very clean good food highly recommended 」

「Beautiful hotel with warm, professional staff and speedy check-in. Well-equipped facilities, spacious quiet rooms, and no odd smells.」

「Breakfast never had any meat, but was always fresh. Rooms were clean and maintained, but very dim in the room and the bathroom. Overall, great staff and great location if you’re going to the Canton Fair」
