As you ascend to your sanctuary, you're greeted by the timeless allure of an antique building, whispering tales of centuries past. Stepping inside, you're immediately enveloped in the warmth of traditional architectural features. This enchanting 3rd floor abode boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms and features a modern fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a smart tv, air conditioning and wifi.



Conveniently located within the city walls, this idyllic retreat offers easy access to all that Lucca has to offer. Parking and the bus terminal are mere 5 minutes away, allowing you to explore the surrounding countryside with ease, while the train station is a leisurely stroll through cobblestone streets adorned with vibrant boutiques and charming cafes.



Recently renovated in April 2024, this enchanting apartment exudes a sense of timeless elegance, seamlessly blending the allure of the past with the comforts of modern living. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape or a peaceful sanctuary to recharge, this top roof haven promises an unforgettable experience amidst the beauty of Lucca's historic embrace.

The rental property is located within the ZTL area (Limited Traffic Area, accessible only by permanent residents and people with special permission) and does not offer on-site parking. The closest Parking is located in a walking distance from the rental property, so leaving the car there prior reaching the apartment is essential.



We would like to inform our valued guests that our rental property operates on a self-catering basis. This means that hotel-like services such as reception, accommodation surveillance, meal and beverage provision, daily cleaning, linen changes, and transfers are not included.



We strive to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Each bathroom is equipped with amenities including towels, some rolls of toilet paper, toiletries kit. We are pleased to offer additional services upon request, in collaboration with external qualified partners, and these will be charged accordingly.

Lovely visit in Lucca

Perfect fo my friend and I, she works while we travel so private space, comfort and good Wifi are a must. All needs met in this unit. Staff was the best, helped us get the luggage up the five flights
