"The room was very clean with numerous international charging port for usage. Staffs were friendly and helpful."

"Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade. Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement. Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid."

"The room is decent size but a bit dated. Staff are friendly and always smiling. The breakfast was great with good variety. Service was good and omelette is readily available. Good location as near by to the great malls. "

"The one-bedroom we were given free upgrade to was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great, right next to Grand Batam Mall. The spread at breakfast was good - though not everything was tasty. But enough variety to pick and choose a hearty breakfast. Will definitely stay again if I am coming to this part of Batam again."
