「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed to relax. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. I would have liked a vending machine on the upper floor instead of having to come down to the lobby to purchase any snacks or something to drink, but otherwise I have no complaints.」

「The staff was friendly and helpful. They also paid close attention to make sure that the people entering were guests and did it with class not being mean. It makes me feel safe when staff is on duty and makes sure guests are safe. The woman who checked me in explained the amenities check out time and breakfast time. Very pleasant as was gentleman in the evening. Very clean room and good rates」

「Breakfast is so good.」

「The breakfast was great」

「Clean room」

「We had an amazing stay! The four-bedroom apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfect for our trip to Chicago. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable, and the apartment truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a welcoming space. Everything was exactly as described, and the communication and hospitality made the entire experience even better. This apartment helped make our Chicago trip...
