"The room was okay. Obviously marketed more towards the younger crowd looking for somewhere to crash more than couples or families. The room needed some repairs done. The biggest concern for us was that there's no air conditioning, so if it's 30° C outside, it's the same inside which makes it very hard to sleep. A fan in the room to bring in outside air and sheets that could be soaked in cold water would have been appreciated."

"We stayed for three nights in a room with a queen bed on the 5th floor. The room was not large, but very clean and quiet, and had a view over the rooftops. The hotel is located in the lower town, a short walk downhill from the central train station and a block form the grand place. It is a great place to be if you plan to explore shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants on foot. We opted to g out for breakfast every day, as there were numerous options in the neighborhood and it was not included with in the room price. The first floor of the hotel has a coffee shop/restaurant which looked very popular,"

"Fine stay for one night. The reception staff were a bit bothered that I was coming :-( I asked for a Cappuccino and they gave me coffee with milk in it! And when I sat in the dining area in the morning the reception staff was watching video with sound and then started talking to his friend, on speaker. Very unprofessional. Be aware that the hotel rooms do not have AC, which is not great in 30+ weather, but I'm not complaining about that, it's an older hotel. Like I say, fine hotel, but the staff might need retraining."

"Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The entire property was spotless and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Great location near Grand Place and a wonderful overall experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
