"We were here for 1 night arriving during the air traffic control issue and this was a stop over for Eurostar. So limited exposure. The room we had was fine, it was clean but is well worn, you can see it in everything. Bed was comfy and for the few hours we were there it was fine, i wouldn't want to stay for any longer. The real downside is the local area it is horrific and i don't think that even does it justice. I'm not one to feel intimidated but this is bad gangs of men/youths hanging...

Things not normally offered at hotels such as a games room, a bar with a shop, nespresso machines in the rooms etc. Even a gym and sauna. My only issues were that despite the later checkout than most hotels, housekeeping still came in without warning 2 hours before we were required to checkout. Also, the hotel is large and while there are 4 main lifts, they are tiny and so it takes a while...
